A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment will review existing fire compartmentation measures, looking at walls, floors and voids.
The scope of a fire risk assessment will not cover compartmentation in full, it will identify the presence of significant compartmentation issues, and establish if existing measures meet the requirements of current guidance.
If a more detailed survey is recommended, our qualified surveyor will conduct a comprehensive, non-destructive fire compartmentation survey and provide a detailed report on the condition of walls, floors, roof voids, wall voids, floor voids risers and shafts.
